Ordering Procedure

  1. Select the color and quantity of the product you want from the online store and click "Add to Cart".
  2. Check the contents of your cart and enter the delivery date and time and other specifications.
    *Please enter in the notes section.
  3. Proceed to "Purchase Procedure"
  4. Enter your information. *If you use a mobile phone email address or webmail, the automated email may not be delivered. Please check your spam settings.
  5. Choose a shipping method
  6. Choose your payment method
  7. Confirm your order details and click "Complete Order" to complete the process.
  8. You will receive an order confirmation email (automatic delivery).

Precautions

    • Your order is not confirmed when you add a product to your cart. If there is a high volume of traffic before you complete the purchase process, you may not be able to make a purchase.
    • The displayed product is the stock status of the Kakimori online store. The products sold in the online store may differ from the lineup in the store.
      If you wish to purchase more than the quantity in stock, please contact us separately.
    • Please note that the products shown may vary slightly in color and texture.
    • We do not accept orders for the purpose of reselling products. If we determine that you are purchasing products for the purpose of reselling them, such as purchasing a large quantity of a specific product or repeatedly placing orders for the same product, we may cancel your order even after it has been completed. Domestic delivery

You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Pay Later or cash on delivery.

Precautions

    • The payment is made once.

This can only be used if the credit card company registered with Apple Pay is MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. VISA and JCB cannot be used.

This can only be used if the credit card company registered with Google Pay is VISA, MASTER CARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. It cannot be used with JCB.
